For employers with 5 to 100 employees
Same plans. Same rates. One signature.
Same plans, same rates, same carrier. One signature moves the commission you already pay, and everything below becomes our job. Your employees keep their coverage. You lose the workload.

The trade
Six jobs you do today. Six jobs we take over.
This is what the commission inside your plan is supposed to be paying for. After the signature, it does.
TodayEvery employee benefits question lands on you: ID cards, is my doctor in network, a bill that makes no sense.
AfterYour employees call us, not you.
General guidance and resources for benefits questions, replacement ID cards, network lookups, and billing confusion. For claim specifics and disputes, we point members to the right contacts at their carrier so nobody has to figure it out alone.
TodayEvery hire and every exit means enrollment paperwork, termination processing, and COBRA notices with your name on the deadline.
AfterForward the new-hire or termination email and you're done.
Enrollment, terminations, and COBRA administration run on a real benefits platform that we manage for you.
TodayOpen enrollment eats weeks of your year, and employees still pick plans they don't understand.
AfterWe run open enrollment.
Meetings, materials, and one-on-one decision support for your employees, with bilingual support.
TodayThe renewal shows up with a rate increase and no time left to do anything about it.
AfterYour renewal gets shopped 90 days early, every year.
The full market across all major carriers, including level-funded options, with time to actually decide.
TodayACA reporting, ERISA documents, and Form 5500 live somewhere between you, your accountant, and nobody.
AfterCompliance paperwork is included.
ACA reporting (1094-C and 1095-C), the ERISA wrap document, and Form 5500 preparation come with the plan service.
TodayPeople who left months ago are still on the bill, and nobody notices until it has cost you real money.
AfterWe audit your bill every month.
Terminated employees come off the invoice, and you stop paying for coverage nobody is using.
One boundary, stated plainly: we are your benefits team, not your insurance company or your doctor. Claim decisions belong to the carrier and medical decisions belong to clinicians. Our job is to make sure your people always know where to go and never carry the admin.
Also included
The small stuff that adds up all year.
Paperwork pre-filled forever
We keep the master file on your group. Anything that needs a signature arrives complete. You only e-sign.
Total-compensation statements
Every employee gets a statement showing what their benefits are actually worth on top of pay.
Required notices, on time
CHIP notices, Medicare Part D notices, and SBC distribution run on our calendar, not yours.
A quarterly report of what we handled
Every question answered, enrollment processed, and notice sent, in one summary. You see the work.
Dental, vision, life, and disability
Quoted from the same census whenever you want to look. No extra forms to fill out.
The business itself, too
Need coverage beyond benefits? We also handle your building, liability, and workers comp.
How switching works
Three steps. One of them is yours.
- 1
Sign one page
The broker of record letter names us as the servicing agent on your existing plan. It is not a new plan and not a cancellation.
- 2
We pull your plan details from the carrier
Current plans, rates, and enrollment come to us straight from the source. You never dig up paperwork or chase documents.
- 3
Nothing changes for your employees
Same plans, same rates, same ID cards, same doctors. The only difference is who does the work.
Fair questions
New plan? Extra cost? Rate change? No, no, and no.
Is this a new plan?
No. A broker of record letter changes who services your existing plan. Your carrier, plans, rates, and renewal date stay exactly as they are.
Does it cost anything?
No. Your premium already includes a commission that pays whoever is listed as your broker. The letter redirects that commission to us. Your premium does not change.
Do our rates change?
No. Rates are set by your carrier and your plan, not by who the broker is. A broker of record letter cannot change your rates.
Do we have to call our current broker?
No. The carrier processes the letter and handles the notification. Nothing is required from you beyond the signature.
What if we're too small for a group plan?
Not a dead end. If group coverage isn't the right fit yet, we set up an ICHRA or QSEHRA instead, so you can still fund your team's health coverage in a compliant way.
Tell us who you are. We'll show you the trade.
No census, no plan documents, no commitment. A licensed agent reviews your group and reaches out with exactly what we'd take over.
